Amer Mousleh began their work experience in 2015 as a Machine Engineer Intern at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions. From 2016 to 2019, they held the position of Customer Service Leader at Circle K Europe. In 2018, they worked as a Machine Engineer in Building Operations at the University of Copenhagen. From 2019 to 2022, they held the role of Machine Engineer - Technical System Manager/Coordinator at the Center for Ejendomme. As of 2022, Amer is employed as a Process Engineer at Bavarian Nordic.

Amer Mousleh's education history includes attending Maskinmesterskolen København from 2014 to 2019, where they obtained a degree in københavns maskinmester- og elinstallatørskole. From the year 2020 to the same year, they attended Chalmers University of Technology and earned an Associate's degree in Renrumsteknologi og kvalitetskontrol GMP. Additionally, in 2017 and 2018, Amer attended DTU - Technical University of Denmark to complete a course in Projektering af større lavenergibygning. Before these studies, they graduated from HTX Helsingør in 2014 with a Gymnasieeksamen in Mathematics and Physics. Finally, Amer also obtained a certification in KNX from ABB in January 2019.
