Joanna Nelson, CMP, has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager of Bavarian Inn Lodge & Conference Center since June 2014, where Joanna focuses on creating enjoyable experiences for guests. Prior to this role, Joanna was the Assistant General Manager, overseeing sales, marketing, reservations, and the loyalty club for the resort and conference center. Joanna also served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at the same establishment from June 2000 to June 2014. Educationally, Joanna holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Delta College and Mott Community College, along with studies at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in the Department of Hospitality & Tourism Management.
