Dominik Sauter currently serves as a member of the board of directors at SPINEART and Bauwerk Parkett AG, with additional board roles at SEAKING INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO., LTD and EGS Beteiligungen AG, where Sauter also holds the position of Senior Advisor. Previously, Sauter was the chairman of the board at Belimed Life Science until March 2024. Educational qualifications include a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Corporate Finance from the University of Zurich.
