Paul-Louis Gayrel has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, spanning many reputable companies. Paul-Louis currently holds the position of VP Quality System & Compliance at Baucsh Health Company, where they are responsible for driving the overall quality strategy and creating programs for quality. Paul-Louis has also built and led global quality distribution and commercial affiliate organizations. Prior to this, they worked at Stallergenes as a Pharmaceutical Affairs & Compliance International senior VP, and at Septodont as a Quality & Regulatory Corporate Vice President. At Septodont, they implemented a corporate QA organization, designed and implemented an effective ICH Q10 Quality system, and reorganized and upgraded local quality systems. Before that, they held the role of Business Unit Deputy Director and Responsible Pharmacist at FAMAR, where they successfully merged two pharmaceutical manufacturing sites and improved quality levels. At ABBOTT, they served as Quality Director (Sterile Injectables Site) and Responsible Pharmacist, where they were responsible for operational excellence and compliance with international standards. Paul-Louis also built a European QP and QA director network and team. Finally, they gained manufacturing and production experience at bioMerieux, where they held various roles including Manufacturing Manager and Production Packaging Manager. Overall, Paul-Louis Gayrel has a proven track record of successfully implementing quality systems, driving operational excellence, and leading teams in the pharmaceutical industry.

Paul-Louis Gayrel completed their Doctor in Pharmacy degree from Bordeaux University, specializing in pharmacology, from 1980 to 1985. Paul-Louis then pursued a Degree in Pharmacokinetic from Pharmacy University in Toulouse for the academic year 1987-1988. Furthermore, from 1986 to 1989, Paul-Louis Gayrel completed a Pharmaceutical Hospital Residency program and obtained an Industrial Pharmaceutical Graduate Degree.
