Michal Mical, ACCA, FCCA, currently serves as Senior Finance Manager for Czech Republic and Slovakia at Bausch Health Companies Inc., a position held since 2014, overseeing two teams focused on controlling and reporting as well as managing a shared service center for Western Europe. Prior experience includes roles as Financial Controller and Senior Financial Reporting and Financial Planning Specialist at Valeant Pharmaceuticals, as well as positions as Senior Financial Analyst and Customs and Transportation Specialist at Pratt & Whitney Rzeszów. Michal holds an MBA from the University of Bradford School of Management, along with a Master's degree in Foreign Trade from Krakow University of Economics.
