Marija Jovic has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and pharmacy. Marija most recently served as the Director of Quality at Bausch Health Companies Inc. starting in March 2018. Prior to that, they worked at ADOC D.O.O. as the Head of Quality/QP from August 2015 to February 2018. Before that, they were a Qualified Person at Alvogen from February 2013 to July 2015. Marija also worked at Actavis - eine Marke der Teva, where they held various roles including QP from January 2011 to January 2013, QC/QA Coordinator from February 2008 to January 2011, and Analyst in QC labs from February 2007 to January 2008. Marija began their career as a Responsible Pharmacist at a public pharmacy from August 2005 to February 2007.

Marija Jovic has a strong educational background in the field of pharmacy. Marija started their education at the High medical school in Leskovac, where they obtained a degree in Pharmacy Technician/Assistant in 1999. Marija then continued their studies at the University of Belgrade - Faculty of Pharmacy, obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) degree between 1999 and 2005. Later, they pursued a Specialist for Drug Testing and Quality Control degree at the same university from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, Marija has a national certificate for special personal contribution to the development of the quality mission in Serbia and the promotion of the national movement for quality, issued by the United Association of Serbia for Quality.
