Jennifer Muccilli has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of compensation. Jennifer currently holds the position of Compensation Director at Bausch Health Companies Inc, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Avaya from 2017 to 2023, where they served as the North America Compensation Business Partner and Global Compensation Project Leader. Their responsibilities included partnering with HR on compensation-related issues, educating supervisors and HR field managers on compensation policies, and creating the company's job library website.

Before their time at Avaya, Jennifer worked as a North American Region Compensation Consultant at Tapfin, supporting supervisors and HR field managers in compensation matters. Additionally, they had a role at PM Telco Consulting as a Compensation Consultant for Avaya Inc, where they created salary ranges, managed survey submissions, and developed job descriptions.

Jennifer's earlier experiences include working at Avaya Inc as a Compensation Manager, where they partnered with business leaders and HRBPs to redesign a job library and create new job titles and descriptions. Jennifer also served as a Compensation Analyst, maintaining a job library and writing descriptions for senior director-level jobs.

Jennifer began their career as a Compensation Analyst at American Standard, where they collected job data for salary surveys, provided compensation data for decision-making, and participated in the creation of a company-wide salary structure.

Jennifer Muccilli obtained their B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University in 1998. Jennifer later pursued a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from the School of Management & Labor Relations at Rutgers University from 1998 to 2000.
