Ben Hesketh has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1996. Ben has held various roles at different companies, including STEM, where they currently serve as the President of Global Operations. Prior to STEM, they worked at Bausch Health Companies Inc. as the General Manager UK Pharma, Site Leader and Director of Commercial Operations Pharma Europe. Ben also served as the Vision Care and Pharma Director for ASEAN, Australia, and New Zealand. Before that, they were the Managing Director of Thailand and Myanmar at Valeant Pharmaceuticals. During this time, they managed a $48M P&L and led teams in multiple departments. Ben also worked as the Managing Director of Southern Africa at Bausch + Lomb and held the role of EMEA Customer Service Director. Earlier in their career, they worked at Unilever HPC, where they held several positions, including Customer Service Director, Personal Care Sourcing Manager, HPC Customer Service Manager, and HPC SAP Project Manager. Their first job was at Marks and Spencer, where they worked as a Logistics Controller and Graduate Communications Analyst.

Ben Hesketh completed their MSc in Logistics & Supply Chain at Cranfield School of Management in 1996. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Plymouth between 1992 and 1995. Ben Hesketh is also a member of the Institute of Logistics & Transportation, holding a Master's degree.
