Melinda Wolf has extensive experience in procurement and supply management, currently serving in Einkaufssteuerung at Baumüller Nürnberg GmbH since July 2023. Prior roles include Technical Purchaser for Medical Products at Klinikum Nürnberg, where responsibilities spanned project purchasing and compliance with procurement law, as well as overseeing the entire process from needs assessment to commissioning. Melinda also worked as a buyer at NürnbergMesse GmbH, managing service sector tenders, contract negotiations, and optimizing telecommunications contracts. A master's thesis on procurement strategy for last-mile delivery was completed during a master's program at DPD Deutschland, further enhancing expertise in supplier development and procurement strategies. Earlier experiences include procurement roles at ERGO Direkt Lebensversicherung AG, Voith Turbo, and Landbäckerei Ihle GmbH & Co. KG, focusing on strategic and operational procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiations. Melinda holds a Master of Arts in Einkauf und Supply Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Management.
