Paolo Isolati serves as a Board Member and Strategy & Management Advisor at Paolo Isolati since January 2024, focusing on the food, beverage, and nutraceuticals sectors. Additionally, since June 2017, Paolo holds board member and Sales & Marketing Director positions at Bauli Group. From July 2005 to June 2017, Paolo acted as General Manager at FBF Spa, overseeing business development, performance improvement, and strategic integration of acquired companies. Prior to this, Paolo spent nearly three decades at Bauli Spa in various roles, including Group Marketing Director, responsible for product development and brand repositioning. Paolo's early career included teaching banking and commercial techniques at the Istituto Tecnico Commerciale Masotto and working in a family business. Paolo holds a degree in Economics and Business from the Università di Verona.
