Luca Romano currently serves as Group CFO of Bauli Group since February 2024, overseeing the commercial and product supply chain businesses, and is responsible for treasury fiscal and corporate accounting. Prior to this role, Luca held several key positions at Campari Group from October 2012 to February 2024, including Managing Director of Campari Russia and CFO of Campari Americas, managing operations across North and South America and Europe. Earlier roles include finance leadership positions at PepsiCo and Unilever, where responsibilities ranged from financial planning to supply chain management and audit functions. Luca holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from Università Bocconi.
