Lillian Volden has extensive experience in retail management and customer service, currently serving as Assistant Services Manager at BAUHAUS Norge since 2021, with responsibilities that include overseeing cashier operations and staff management. Since joining BAUHAUS in January 2014, Lillian has also held the position of sales associate, focusing on the flower department and sales strategies. Prior to this, Lillian worked at Smart Club from 1998 to 2013 as a department leader, where responsibilities included sales, customer service, cash handling, and assisting in store management. Lillian holds a degree in catering, serving, and business from 1984 to 1987.
