Yesenia Aguirre is an experienced professional in the field of information technology and process management, currently serving as the Service & Nature Industry Account Manager at Baufest since July 2014. Yesenia's responsibilities include client development, service delivery, strategy, and resource management within the Cluster Services & Nature. In addition, Yesenia holds the position of Directora del Comité de TI at WINS PERÚ and works as a freelance IT and process consultant, focusing on digital transformation and process improvement projects. Previous roles include teaching IT courses at ISIL and various consulting roles at Indra, where Yesenia contributed to process modeling and optimization. Yesenia holds a degree in Information Technology from Universidad Particular de Chiclayo and has pursued further education in English and executive business management.
