Tyson Teplitsky has a diverse work experience primarily in the field of brand management and marketing. Tyson started their career at Florida Everblades as a professional hockey player from September 2005 to May 2006. Later, they played for Cardiff Devils from September 2006 to April 2009. In 2008, they worked as a Project Manager at Communications Direct, where they conducted customer-targeted surveys and coordinated with senior management. From October 2009 to December 2011, Tyson worked as a US Marketing Manager at Bauer Hockey. Tyson then progressed to the position of Global Brand Manager from January 2012 to September 2020. From September 2020 to August 2023, they served as the Sr. Global Brand Manager at Bauer Hockey. Currently, Tyson holds the role of Director of Brand Management at Bauer Hockey, starting from August 2023.

Tyson Teplitsky completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Entrepreneurial Venture Creation from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics in the year 2005. Following that, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd and successfully completed it in the period of 2007 to 2009.
