Evan Baker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the sporting goods industry. Currently serving as the Global Senior Manager for Bauer Prosharp Performance Advisors at Bauer Hockey, Evan oversees a team of experts across multiple countries and is focused on developing strategies to significantly grow the Prosharp machine and accessories business. Previous roles include Channel Marketing Manager for North American Key Specialty at Bauer Hockey, where Evan enhanced sales through tailored product offerings and marketing initiatives. Prior to joining Bauer, Evan held the position of Category Director at Easton Diamond Sports, LLC., managing growth strategies for various baseball and softball products, and has also worked with Cascade Maverik Lacrosse and K2 Sports Inc. Early career experience includes institutional account management at The Vanguard Group. Evan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Penn State University.
