Juan C. Gutierrez possesses extensive experience in sales, management, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Associate Products Sales Group Manager at BAUER Equipment America since September 2011, Juan oversees sales and production initiatives for Central America and provides dealer support in North America. Previously, Juan owned JT Management Co and held multiple leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer and General Manager, where responsibilities included business model development, budgeting, and operational management. Juan's early career included positions as a Production Director and Interpreter/Translator, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Houston.
