Chad Bulera is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project management and estimating. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Bauer Design Build since May 2017, Chad has previously held similar roles at Tarraf Construction Inc from June 2014 to May 2017 and worked as a Foreman at Carpentry Contractors Corp from May 2003 to June 2014. Beginning a career as a Senior Estimator at Kellington Construction from August 1998 to June 2003, Chad possesses over two decades of industry experience. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead, earned between 1993 and 1997.
