Rick Goralski has extensive experience in the plastics systems industry, currently serving as the Business Unit Manager at BAUER COMPRESSORS INC. since July 1998. In this role, Rick oversees gas injection machinery sales, design consulting, and process training across North America, South America, and Asia, focusing on establishing partnerships with customers to ensure successful implementation of gas assist injection molding. Prior to this position, Rick worked as a Process Engineer at GAIN Technologies from 1990 to 1996, where responsibilities included global sales of gas injection technology and advancing its adoption as a cost-saving solution for the injection molding industry.
