Mercelita Rodico, LPT, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over eight years. Currently serving as the Human Resources Supervisor at BAUER Group and BAUER Foundations Philippines Inc. since June 2018, Mercelita has previously held the role of HR Officer at J.E. Manalo & Co., Inc. from June 2015 to June 2018 and worked as a Casual Employee in the HR Department at the University of the East from November 2014 to April 2015. Mercelita earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Management from the University of the East, completed in 2014.
