With extensive experience in leadership roles, including positions at BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH and independent consulting, Barry has a strong focus on business development, strategic direction, and operational efficiency. Previous roles include Managing Director at Hubert Palfinger Technologies, where significant revenue growth was achieved, and Managing Director at Seadrill, leading operational excellence across multiple international assets. Barry holds a Master's degree in Offshore Engineering from Robert Gordon University and completed Executive Education at the University of Cambridge.
