Dwayne Decuir is an experienced Inspector and Materials Technician with a solid background in construction engineering. Currently employed at HVJ Associates® since March 2018, Dwayne has previously held positions such as Construction Inspector at Paragon Project Resources, Inc. and Construction Materials Technician at Reed Engineering Group. Dwayne's career includes significant roles at Bowman Engineering & Consulting and HVJ, where responsibilities included owner verification testing of soils and concrete for the NTTA on the Western Extension of Highway 161. Dwayne earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Grambling State University.
