Milena Aguiar is a graphic designer with extensive experience, currently working at Bauducco since April 2017. Previously, Milena held the positions of Junior Marketing Analyst and Designer, as well as Layout Intern at BMI Blue Management Institute from November 2013 to January 2017. Additionally, Milena served as a Language Instructor at Wizard between February 2012 and December 2014. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Branding from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, pursued from October 2022 to June 2024, and a postgraduate degree in Editorial Design and Infographics from Istituto Europeo di Design during 2016-2017. Milena's foundational education includes a degree in Advertising and Propaganda with a focus on Creative Advertising from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, completed in 2014, following studies at Colégio SAA from 1998 to 2010.
