Tate Birch has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Starting as a Line Chef at JD Wetherspoon, they then worked as a Barista at The Pond View Cafe and a Sales Consultant and Broadband Expert at Currys plc. In 2017, they returned to Alliance Sales Support Services Limited as a Sales Executive, and then moved on to work as a Milkshake Artist at Bibble Milkshake Bar, a Sales Consultant at Mobile Outfitters U.K., and Temporary Work at Recruitment Solutions. Most recently, they have been a Sales Development Representative at Battlefy since 2022.

Tate Birch attended North Kent College from 2014 to 2016 and earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Acting.
