Rebecca Luper has extensive experience in benefits administration, currently serving as a Benefits Specialist at BattleCreek Church since August 2021. Previously, Luper worked at CAP Tulsa from January 2009 to July 2021, holding several positions including Sr. Benefit Specialist, Benefit Specialist, Benefit Coordinator, HRIS/Benefits Assistant, and Tax Assistant. As the Benefit Coordinator, Rebecca focused on providing personalized support to employees, helping them navigate the impact of life events on their employment and benefits. Luper holds an Associate of Arts degree in Foreign Language from Tulsa Community College and completed studies at Southwestern Assemblies of God University.
