John "Alex" Evans has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Graduate Researcher at Idaho State University. At ISU, they conducted independent studies on Personality Assessment and contributed to projects on Stress, Decision Making, and Aging. John "Alex" also presented their research at various conferences. Later, John worked as a Director of Analytics and Service Coordination at the Behavioral Treatment Center. After that, they joined Gravis Tech as a Market Researcher for a short period. Currently, John is employed at the Idaho National Laboratory as a Lead Writer, responsible for managing a team of technical writers and overseeing the creation, editing, and organization of documents for two nuclear facilities.

John "Alex" Evans completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Experimental Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Montana in 2011. John "Alex" then pursued an MBA from Idaho State University College of Business, completing it in 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a postgraduate degree in Experimental Psychology - Human Factors from the University of Idaho, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
