Osman BAKAÇ currently serves as the Director of Business Strategy at BATI Group of Shipping Companies since August 2023, following a tenure as the Director of Network Development at Sarp Intermodal from August 2022 to July 2023. Previously, from August 2007 to July 2022, Osman held the position of Regional Branch Manager at Catoni Group, overseeing a team of 24 across offices in Mersin, Taşucu, and Iskenderun. With extensive experience in container line activities involving companies such as NYK Line and NILEDUTCH, RORO and freight ferry operations, and tramp activities, Osman has also managed projects like the Turkey-North Cyprus Water Supply Project. Osman earned an Engineer's degree in Maritime Transportation and Management Engineering from Istanbul University and holds a high school diploma from 19 Mayıs Anadolu Lisesi.
