Troy Zimpfer is a seasoned data and analytics executive with extensive experience leading high-performing teams across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Data & Analytics at Bath & Body Works since October 2021, Troy is dedicated to enhancing data-driven decision-making through innovative analytics and generative AI solutions. Previously, Troy held senior roles at Genpact and Cardinal Health, where leadership as Chief Data & Analytics Officer facilitated substantial digital transformation and business growth. Troy's career includes impactful consulting positions at notable companies such as Delphi and The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, specializing in financial management and SAP implementations. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Predictive Analytics at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
