Thilina Gunasinghe currently serves as the Global Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Bath & Body Works since April 2023. Prior to this role, Thilina spent nearly a decade at McDonald's, where responsibilities included serving as Global Vice President and Chief Technology Architect, as well as Global Vice President and Chief Data Officer, leading transformative initiatives in customer and restaurant technology. Thilina's earlier career included significant positions at Virtusa and John Keells Holdings PLC, focusing on delivering crucial software and big data solutions across various industries. Thilina holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of York and a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Services from London Metropolitan University.
