Phil Lipari is a marketing finance manager at Bath & Body Works since March 2022, previously serving as a senior financial analyst at L Brands from September 2017 to March 2022, where responsibilities included inventory control. Phil began their career as a senior accountant and later an accountant and auditor. Education includes an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Youngstown State University obtained in 2017, and a B.Sc. in Finance from the same institution, completed in 2014. Previous experience also includes a position as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch, where portfolio assessments and customized financial solutions were provided to clients.
