Dr. Jouni R. has a diverse work experience in various roles related to sports technology and innovation. Dr Jouni is currently working as the Head of Product at BatFast since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Non-Executive Director - Sports Technology at KickX Football, where they played a key role in launching the new category of sport called Hybrid Football®.

Dr. Jouni R. obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Technology from Loughborough University, which they completed from 2001 to 2004. Subsequently, they pursued a PhD from the same university between 2005 and 2008. Dr Jouni'sdoctoral research was carried out in the Wolfson School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering.
