Justin Labuick has extensive experience in sales operations and management within the funeral services industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations at Batesville since May 2000, Justin leads the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) project aimed at optimizing the capabilities of North American field sales professionals. Previously, as Regional Sales Director, Justin was responsible for protecting core business and driving sustainable growth across regions in Western Canada and the Northwestern and Central US, while providing leadership and mentoring to team members. Earlier in their career at Batesville Casket Company, Justin held the position of Customer Service Centre Manager and served as a Sales Consultant, managing a sales territory of approximately 150 funeral homes and focusing on merchandising, business analysis, and staff training.
