Alex Fledderman started their work experience at Ferguson Enterprises in 2006 as an MRO Buyer. In 2008, they switched to Batesville and held various roles including Analyst - FP&A, Sales Accounting Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, Manager - Business Analytics, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Director of Supply Chain Finance, and Director of FP&A and Supply Chain Finance. Currently, Alex is Vice President of Finance at Batesville, starting in July 2023.

Alex Fledderman earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
