Lucie Holtermann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and client management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Customer Success & Retention Manager at Batelle since January 2022, Lucie has previously held positions such as Client Success Lead at Lifted and Client Account Manager at Anita's House. Lucie began a career in client management at Minerva Tutors as a Client Manager and also offered doula services from 2015 to 2018, where significant contributions included the inaugural Wombs of the World program in Tanzania. Starting as a Teacher at St Thomas More Play Group from 2009 to 2011, Lucie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nottingham and furthered education at Regent's University London.
