Avik Dutta is an ERP Analyst at BatchMaster Software Pvt. Ltd. since January 2022, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of ERP implementations, which includes requirement gathering, system setup, and user training. Prior to this role, Avik served as an SAP B1 Implementation Consultant at Embee Software Pvt. Ltd. from April 2021 to January 2022, where responsibilities included evaluating processes, creating project plans, and customizing SAP Business One. Earlier experience includes working as an Account Assistant at Pathfinder Educational Institute from November 2020 to March 2021. Avik holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree in Accounting and Finance from Calcutta University, completed in 2020, and received ISC and ICSE certifications from St Joseph and Marry's School and National Gems Higher Secondary School, respectively.
