Vincent Rischmann is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and devops, currently serving as Staff Engineer and Lead Software Engineer at Batch since December 2013. Key projects include the development of a push server and SDK backend, utilizing technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Go, Java, Cassandra, Kafka, MySQL, and Redis. Vincent is responsible for creating reliable and scalable backend applications, architectural decision-making, feature development in collaboration with product managers, team mentorship, and optimizing the deployment process. Prior to Batch, Vincent worked at neezz.com as a Software Engineer, focusing on an emailing platform, and at STRASCOM, where contributions were made to an ad serving network.
