Justine Di Meo has extensive experience in customer success and onboarding management, currently serving as Onboarding Manager at Batch since June 2020. At Batch, Justine has played a key role in establishing the onboarding department and supports customers with training and CRM strategy implementations across various platforms. Prior to this, Justine held multiple positions in customer success at Batch and was employed as a Sales Manager at Synerg'hetic, a top-performing company known for its digital achievements. Justine also gained product management experience as a Product Owner Intern at iDalgo, where responsibilities included developing product features and coordinating with design teams. Justine's early career included UX design at SoBus and preparative control at Coloplast, with foundational education from HETIC, culminating in a degree that encompasses digital communication engineering, programming, design, and marketing.
