Katja Max is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Product Management at Batch since September 2021, Katja previously held various roles at Sidebench where responsibilities included leading multiple client projects and implementing efficiency improvements in healthcare technologies. At Bird, Katja progressed from Associate to Associate Product Manager, contributing to product launches and enhancements while managing operational tasks across service centers. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles within the USC Society 53, promotion and event coordination for SoulCycle, and internships at Marvin Traub Associates. Katja holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California.
