Kimberly Pearlman has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Reader at ETS since January 2016. In addition, Kimberly has been an English Teacher at Batavia Public School District 101 and Batavia Sr High School since August 2002, focusing on junior and senior level Communications courses, AP Language and Composition, and fostering media literacy and argumentation skills. Previous teaching roles include Theater and English Teacher at Broad Run High School from August 1992 to June 1994, where courses included American Literature and Drama, and Theater and English Teacher at Kleb Intermediate School from August 1989 to June 1992, teaching 6th-grade English and drama. Kimberly earned a Master’s degree in Communication Studies from Northern Illinois University between 2006 and 2009 and a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from The University of Iowa from 1985 to 1989.
