Holly Radam is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in educational and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Registrar and Teacher’s Aide at Batavia City School District since March 2023, Holly has previously held positions such as Lead Recruiting Coordinator and Recruiting Consultant at Broadwing, where responsibilities included candidate sourcing and interview scheduling. Holly has also contributed administrative support as the Administrative Assistant and Treasurer for Friends of the Cross Christian Church, managing payroll, financials, and event scheduling. Additional experience includes roles as a Resident Advisor at SolStone Treatment Center, Marketing Coordinator at Preit Rubin, and Program Leader at ACCORD Corporation. Holly holds a Bachelor's degree in Writing from Houghton University and an Associate's degree in Theology from Elim Bible Institute and College.
