Vinay Jaiswal is an experienced retail operations professional with a career spanning over a decade, currently serving as Assistant Vice President for Retail Operations at Bata India Limited since May 2013. In this role, Vinay oversees P&L management and the retail operations for North India. Previous positions include General Manager for both East and North India at Bata India, where responsibilities encompassed top line and bottom line management, customer experience enhancement, and team development. Prior to this, Vinay held managerial roles at Dufry Group, Walmart, and McDonald's, focusing on retail operations, team leadership, profitability, and customer service.
