Reza Amin, PhD, is the Founder and CEO of Bastion Health, a specialty digital clinic focused on male health. At Bastion Health, they address the issue of limited access to comprehensive and convenient reproductive and prostate health care for men by providing at-home testing, virtual specialty consultation, treatment, and care navigation. Reza also serves as a Co-founder and advisor at Encapsulate. In addition, they have worked at the University of Connecticut as a Global Entrepreneurship Fellow and Research Assistant, and as a Fellow at the Connecticut Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Reza Amin, PhD's education history begins in 2004 at Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics in 2007. Reza then pursued further studies at Sharif University of Technology from 2007 to 2010, obtaining a Master of Engineering degree in Mechatronics Engineering. Reza's education journey continued at the University of Connecticut, where they completed their Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from 2013 to 2018. Recently, in 2019, they enrolled at the same university to pursue a Master's degree in Global Entrepreneurship.
