Olivia Lewis is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent at Bastion since July 2023. Prior to this role, Olivia was the Talent Acquisition Lead at Quantium from August 2022 to July 2023, and served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Linktree from October 2021 to July 2022. Olivia's earlier experience includes positions as Global Talent Business Partner at Squiz, Account Manager at Paxus IT Recruitment, and roles within nbn™ Australia and NHS Wales. Olivia holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Cardiff University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Southampton.
