Philip Kassel has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Philip joined Bass, Berry & Sims in 2022 as a Corporate Associate. Prior to that, they worked at NHK Capital Partners from 2019 to 2022, serving as the Director of Compliance and In-House Counsel.

From 2016 to 2022, Philip held the position of Director of Compliance and In-House Counsel at CMB Regional Centers. In this role, they developed and implemented policies and procedures for regulatory programs and initiatives, conducted internal reviews and audits, and provided recommendations to mitigate risk.

Before joining CMB Regional Centers, Philip worked as an Attorney at Pastrnak Law Firm, PC from 2015 to 2016. Philip litigated civil cases, prepared pleadings, conducted research, and handled commercial transactions.

Philip started their legal career as a Law Clerk at the Fifth Judicial District of Iowa from 2013 to 2015.

Philip Kassel completed their Bachelor's degree at the University of Illinois Chicago in 2009. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Law - JD at the University of Iowa College of Law, which they completed in 2013.
