Laura Cohen has extensive experience as an attorney, with their most recent role being Senior Corporate Attorney at Bass, Berry & Sims since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Attorney at Maynard Cooper & Gale from March 2020 to October 2021. From May 2018 to May 2019, they were an Attorney at ELLIS LAW GROUP, PL. Before that, Laura worked as an Attorney at Bennardo Levine, LLP from November 2013 to May 2018. Laura began their legal career as an Attorney at Perlman, Bajandas, Yevoli & Albright, P.L. in July 2008 and stayed there until November 2012.

Laura Cohen received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Laura then pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Nova Southeastern University, attending from 2004 to 2007. Later, in 2007 to 2008, they obtained their Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Taxation from the University of Miami.
