Kelly Ahern currently serves as the Head Basketball Coach at St Brigids Killarney and holds multiple roles within Basketball Ireland, including Strength and Conditioning Coach and Academy Coach. Additionally, Kelly contributes to Killarney Cougars Basketball Club as Child Protection Officer, Social Media Manager, and Development Officer, focusing on player and coach development. Since May 2017, Kelly has been a freelance sports photographer. Previous roles include Tutor and Assistant Sports Development Officer at Limerick Sports Partnership and various leadership positions at Munster Technological University, where Kelly is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching. Kelly completed a Leaving Certificate at Brookfield College in 2019.
