Adam Mims is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and business development. As the Owner and CEO of BASK since September 2020, Adam demonstrates entrepreneurial skills and strategic vision. Prior roles include Regional Education Manager at Steelcase from August 2018 to August 2022 and Business Development Manager at Westfall Commercial Furniture from February 2016 to August 2018. Adam has a strong sales background with The HON Company from January 2012 to January 2016 and has also contributed to youth development as Head Youth Soccer Coach for Quad Cities United Soccer Club from March 2008 to March 2015. In addition to coaching, Adam served as Assistant Soccer Coach at St. Ambrose University and Soccer Coach at Pleasant Valley High School. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing from St. Ambrose University, obtained in 2010, Adam combines educational expertise with practical experience in various fields.
