Paulo Da Costa began their work experience as a Senior Desktop Engineer at The Tate Britain in 2003, providing high-quality services and performing server installations. Paulo then worked as a Support Consultant at City Networks from 2004 to 2007, where they investigated and troubleshooted trading systems. Paulo continued their career at City Networks as a QA Test Analyst from 2007 to 2010.

In 2010, Da Costa joined Broadridge Financial Solutions as a QA Project Team Lead, where they led and coached a team, managed business requirements, and tested various products. Paulo worked in conjunction with the test team, developed integration test scripts, tracked defects, and maintained communication with stakeholders. Da Costa also improved processes through training sessions and standardized documentation.

Paulo Da Costa attended the University of Greenwich from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1997, they attended South Thames College and earned a BTEC National Diploma in Engineering.
