Alison Hale has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Marketing Intern at Elite FT. Alison then moved on to Sinclair Broadcast Group, where they worked as Community Affairs and Digital Marketing Support from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, Alison joined Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, first as a Digital Solutions Specialist and later as a Senior Digital Strategist, where they focused on increasing print and digital advertising revenue. In 2016, Alison joined Centro, initially as a Campaign Analyst, before being promoted to Senior Performance Analyst and then Manager of Performance Analytics. Alison'slast role at Centro was Director of Client Analytics. Currently, Alison works as the VP of Client Analytics at Basis Technologies.
Alison Hale obtained their Bachelor's degree in English and Communications from the University of Illinois Springfield, completing their studies from 2009 to 2011. Alison also holds several certifications, including "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn and various certifications in digital marketing and analytics from Google, Centro, and DoubleClick, obtained in 2016 and 2020.
