Gabriella Baessa currently serves as a Subject Advisor at BASIS Curriculum Schools and has held the position of Subject Expert Teacher at BASIS Independent Schools since January 2022. Previously, Gabriella worked as a Portuguese Teacher at Primera Languages for Business and as an In-Home Educator at Guidepost Montessori. Early career experience includes roles as a Science and Chemistry Teacher at Colégio Tyto Alba and Associação das Franciscanas de Agudos, where techniques to promote student engagement and mentorship were employed. Gabriella is pursuing an MS in Applied Chemistry at the University of Saint Joseph, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Universidade do Sagrado Coração in 2015.
