Meghan Jurgen is an experienced professional in the field of chemical engineering, with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Basic American Foods since February 2015, Meghan has held various roles including Process Manager and Process Engineer within the company. Prior to this, Meghan worked as a PSM Manager at Iowa Fertilizer Company, and as Pilot Plant Manager at J.R. Simplot Company. Meghan also has experience as a Process Safety Specialist at Monsanto and as a Process Engineer at J.R. Simplot Company. Meghan holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, earned between 1997 and 2002.
